Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

§ 1
The Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is Axtel sp. z o.o. sp. K. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-675), in the Mokotow Box building at 16 Wołoska Street, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under No. KRS 0000710878, Tax Identification Number 5213675055, REGON 147316060 (hereinafter: "Organizer")

§ 2
The duration of the Promotion

The promotion starts on 17.04.2018 and it will end with the expiration of the stock of promotional gifts or upon its revocation by the Organizer.

§ 3
Conditions for participation in the Promotion

1. The Promotion may involve natural or legal persons (hereinafter: Participant) who jointly fulfill the following conditions:
   • have completed eighteen years of age (natural persons) and have full legal capacity;
   • they are entrepreneurs who acts on the market of call center and/or other similar business outsourcing services;
   • they are based in a country belonging to the European Union.
2. Employees, members of the authorities and representatives of the Organizer cannot participate in the Promotion.

§ 4
The rules and course of the Promotion

1. The first 10 Participants who complete the contact form at www.win.axtelheadsets.com and agree to processing of their personal data for marketing purposes and to send them commercial information by electronic means on this form (hereinafter: Consent), will receive a gift from the Organizer in the form of one item of Axtel PRIME HD NC duo personalized version headphones set worth 49 PLN.
2. The order in which the Participant’s data is sent via the contact form and positive verification of this data by the Organizer via phone or e - mail, determines receiving the gift.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to participate in the promotion of the entity, whose data has been verified negatively.
4. Each Participant may complete the form only once. Each subsequent submission of the form by the same person will not take part in the Promotion.
5. The gift will be sent to the address of the Participant indicated in the contact form within 30 days from filling out the form, expressing the consents and the confirmation of participation in promotion by the Organizer.

§ 5
Personal data

1. The Administrator of personal data of Participants is Axtel sp. z o.o. sp. k with its registered office in Warsaw (02-675) in the Mokotow Box building at 16 Wołoska Street, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under No. KRS 0000710878, NIP 5213675055, REGON 147316060.
2. 2. In connection with the Promotion, data from the Participants will be collected from the contact form on the website www.win.axtelheadsets.com .
3. 3. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended). Participants have the right to inspect their data and to correct them, request their removal in whole or in part, as well as stop processing them by Administrator, in accordance with the privacy policy available on: www.axtelheadsets.com/en/informations/privacy-policy
4. Providing personal data by Participants and expressing consents for its processing is voluntary, however, necessary to participate in the Promotion.
5. The personal data of the Participants will be processed only for the purposes provided in the prior consents and in connection with the Promotion.

§ 6
Final provisions

The Promotion is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
